By placing an order with AUNOMAY, Pty Ltd (“Aunomay”, “we”, “us”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this policy and our Terms of Service.
This policy applies to orders shipped to the United States. For other countries, please contact us before purchasing.

1. What can be returned

A. Non-defective items (change of mind / doesn’t fit / not as expected)

  • Accepted within 30 days of delivery for non-personalized products.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with tags attached and in original packaging.
  • Return method: By mail only (we’ll send the return address after you request an RMA).
  • Who pays shipping: Customer pays return shipping for non-defective returns.
  • Fees: We do not charge a fee for approved returns in new condition. If items are missing packaging, show signs of wear, deodorant, pet hair, odors, or damage, a reasonable refurbishment/restocking deduction (up to 10%) may apply.
  • Original shipping is non-refundable.

B. Defective / damaged / wrong item

  • If we made a mistake or the item arrived damaged, we’ll replace or refund at no cost to you.
  • Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos showing the issue (print defect, incorrect item, damage to garment/box, etc.).
  • Return shipping/label is covered by Aunomay when a return is required.

C. Personalized & made-to-order items (POD)

  • Eligible if defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • Non-defective returns for personalized items are not accepted due to the custom nature of production.
  • Please review size charts and personalization details carefully before ordering.

D. Non-returnable items

  • Digital downloads, gift cards, “final sale” or “clearance” items (if marked), and items returned without an RMA approval.

2. Return window & processing time

  • Return window: 30 days from delivery date.
  • Refund processing: within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit. Taxes will be refunded as required by law; original shipping is non-refundable for non-defective returns.

3. How to start a return or exchange (RMA)

  1. Email support@aunomay.com with your order number and reason (defective/non-defective).
  2. We’ll confirm eligibility and send you an RMA with the return address and instructions.
  3. Ship your item(s) back using a trackable service. (For defective cases, we’ll provide or reimburse the label if a return is required.)
  4. We’ll inspect items on receipt and process the refund or replacement.

Returns without an RMA may be refused or delayed.

4. Exchanges (size/color)

  • For non-defective exchanges, place a new order for the desired size/color and request a return of the original item as per section 1.A.
  • For defective exchanges, we will replace at no cost once verified.

5. Delivery issues, wrong address & lost packages

  • Wrong/insufficient address: If the address provided is incorrect or undeliverable and the parcel is returned to us, we can reship after you confirm the correct address; additional shipping may apply.
  • Marked “delivered” but not received: Please check with household members and neighbors, then contact the carrier promptly. Report the issue to us within 7 days so we can assist with a carrier trace. Porch-theft and packages scanned delivered at the correct address are generally not covered for free replacement, but we’ll try to help case-by-case.
  • Refused or unclaimed packages: Treated as a non-defective return (less original shipping; deductions may apply).

6. Order cancellations

  • You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase. Because our items are produced quickly, orders that have entered production or ship queue may not be cancelable.
  • If a cancellation is approved, a 1.5% management/processing fee applies. Payment processor fees that are non-refundable to us may be deducted if applicable.
  • If you are switching to a replacement order immediately, we’ll waive the fee for the original cancellation.

7. Proof of purchase

Please include your order number or receipt in all return/cancellation requests. We may request photos or additional information to verify the condition or defect.

8. Color, sizing & print disclaimer

  • Minor color variations can occur due to screen settings and textile printing tolerances.
  • Please consult our size charts before ordering; measurements have standard manufacturing tolerances.
  • Small placement variations of the print (within industry norms) are not considered defects.

9. Abuse & fraud prevention

We reserve the right to refuse or limit returns/exchanges in cases of suspected abuse (e.g., excessive wear-and-return, altered items, missing parts) or fraud.

11. Governing law & disputes

This policy and any disputes will be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA (without regard to conflict-of-law rules). By purchasing, you agree that disputes will be resolved informally first, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration or small-claims court as permitted by law in a venue reasonably associated with Aunomay’s place of business. Nothing here limits any non-waivable consumer rights under applicable law.
